Sampdoria is mourning the loss of its medical director, Massimo Manara, who was 64 years old and had been coordinating the medical area of the club for two seasons. Manara was born in Parma in 1962 and had worked in the world of football for many years, starting from Parma, then moving to Milan, Spezia, Al Nasr and the national teams of Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.
